Mahindra Lifespace Reports Q1 FY27 Consolidated Net Profit of ₹85.55 Crore

Strong Q1 FY27 Performance

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited reported a consolidated net profit of ₹85.55 crore for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, a significant increase from ₹51.26 crore in the same period last year.

The company's total consolidated income for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 stood at ₹977.54 crore, up from ₹40.61 crore in the year-ago quarter. Revenue from operations was ₹962.13 crore, compared to ₹31.97 crore in the same period last year.

Key Financial Metrics

Consolidated profit before tax for Q1 FY27 was ₹111.00 crore, significantly higher than ₹41.60 crore in Q1 FY26. Consolidated total expenses for the quarter were ₹875.09 crore.

Basic earnings per share (EPS) increased to ₹4.01 from ₹2.93 in the prior-year period. On a standalone basis, the company reported a net profit of ₹90.13 crore for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, compared to a loss of ₹33.82 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Mumbai Region Growth and Capital Additions

Building on two consecutive years of over 18,000 crore in GDV additions, the company added 5,600 crore of GDV in Q1 in the Mumbai region. This reflects Mahindra Lifespace's continued focus on India's largest metropolitan market, where it operates multiple residential and mixed-use projects.

Financial Position and Business Outlook

Mahindra Lifespace Developers maintained a healthy financial position as of June 30, 2026, with a net debt-to-equity ratio of -0.20x, reflecting a net cash position.

The IC&IC segment has entered Q2 FY27 with a robust pipeline, providing good visibility for future growth.
