Mahindra Rainforest Receives RERA Approval in Kanjur
Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited announced the launch of residential phases 1 and 2 of Mahindra Rainforest on LBS Marg, Kanjur, Mumbai. The project received its Maharashtra RERA registration for current phases on March 18, 2026, enabling sales to begin immediately.
Spanning approximately 25.47 acres, the project is among the largest developments in Mumbai's central suburbs, with an estimated Gross Development Value of approximately ₹3,000 crore.
Scale and Design Philosophy
The project is designed to integrate residential, commercial, and retail within a single development. The residential township will offer 2 and 3 BHK premium residences tailored for modern urban lifestyles.
The development will include over 3.5 lakh sq ft of amenities and clubhouse spaces, along with more than 7 acres of green areas, featuring a clubhouse, fitness zones, jogging tracks, yoga and meditation spaces, a library, children's play areas and integrated retail.

Located on LBS Marg, the project offers connectivity to the Eastern Express Highway, JVLR and upcoming infrastructure such as the Goregaon–Mulund Link Road and an east–west flyover in Bhandup. It is also served by Metro Line 4, with access to Metro Line 6 and the suburban rail network, and is close to business districts including BKC and Powai.
Kanjur Village is a residential locality in Bhandup East, Central Mumbai, situated near Kanjurmarg Station. Kanjurmarg will be served by Metro Lines 4, 6, and 14, offering expanded connectivity across Mumbai, Thane and extended suburbs.
