Mahindra Lifespaces Expands in Kandivali East with Major Land Acquisition

Mahindra Lifespace Developers announced the acquisition of a 15-acre land parcel in Kandivali East, Mumbai on June 19, 2026, with an estimated Gross Development Value of approximately ₹5,600 crore and a development potential of around 1.8 million square feet.

Strategic Location and Infrastructure

The land parcel is strategically located in Kandivali East with excellent connectivity to the Western Express Highway and existing metro corridors, and is supported by established social infrastructure including schools, hospitals, and retail hubs. The project's accessibility is expected to be further enhanced by the upcoming Borivali–Thane Twin Tunnel, a landmark infrastructure initiative that is set to significantly reduce travel time between Mumbai's western suburbs and Thane.
