Phase IV Expansion Strengthens Mahindra Lakewoods
Mahindra Lifespace Developers has launched Phase IV of Mahindra Lakewoods, a residential development located within Mahindra World City, Chennai along the GST Road corridor. The phase comprises Towers F and G, each with 83 apartments.
Development Scope and Design
Mahindra Lakewoods spans approximately 9.33 acres and comprises nine towers with 2 and 3 BHK residences. The newly launched towers add 166 units to this larger residential community within the integrated township ecosystem.
The project has been pre-certified 'Platinum' by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). The development has been designed to be accessible for the differently-abled and incorporates energy-efficient lighting fixtures, organic waste treatment, waste segregation and energy and water conservation measures.

The project is located within Mahindra World City, Chennai along the GST Road corridor. The development overlooks Kolavai Lake on one side, verdant hills and a reserve forest on the other.
Lakewoods is the fifth residential project in Mahindra World City, Chennai, following Sylvan County, Iris Court, Nova and Aqualily. Mahindra World City is home to more than 2000 families, with daily footfalls of nearly a lakh across its business and social zones.
