Project Announcement

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. has acquired 13.46 acres of land in Nande-Mahalunge, Pune, with estimated development potential of INR ~3,500 crore. The announcement was made on 11 October 2025.

Location and Connectivity

The site is located in the premium Nande–Mahalunge neighbourhood of Pune and is equidistant from Baner–Balewadi and Hinjewadi, which are among Pune's major IT and BFSI hubs. Mahalunge is strategically positioned between Hinjewadi and Baner, approximately 15–20 kilometers from Pune city center.

The land parcel offers excellent connectivity through the proposed PMRDA Town Planning Scheme and the upcoming Inner Ring Road, next to Hinjewadi. Mahalunge is well-connected through the Mumbai-Pune Highway and Nande-Balewadi Road.

Social Infrastructure

The location is surrounded by well-developed social infrastructure including Delhi Public School, Mahindra International School and Symbiosis Centre for Management. The area offers recreational options including sports facilities and parks, with proximity to the Mahalunge-Balewadi Sports Complex.

Planned Development

The project features 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments designed to blend modern architecture, sustainability and comfort. The project is expected to launch in 2026, with possession planned for 2030.
