Mahindra Lifespace Developers announced the launch of Mahindra Rivenza in Baner Annex, Mahalunge, Pune, on October 6, 2026. The project is listed as New Launch.

The location
Mahindra Rivenza is in Baner Annex, Mahalunge, in the Nande-Mahalunge neighbourhood of Pune. The developer’s land-acquisition announcement described the site as next to the Hinjewadi area, with access to Hinjewadi. It also pointed to the proposed PMRDA Town Planning Scheme and upcoming Pune Inner Ring Road as planned connectivity infrastructure.
Delhi Public School, Mahindra International School and Symbiosis Centre for Management were named among educational institutions in the area in the land-acquisition announcement. The Hinjewadi–Shivajinagar Metro Line 3 has also been identified in PMRDA updates: project work time was extended to March 31, 2026, and a June 2026 document discussed partial opening plans.
The developer
Mahindra Lifespace Developers was established in 1994. Its published corporate story cites more than 25.3 million sq. ft. of completed, ongoing and upcoming developments across seven Indian cities. That dated portfolio figure provides context for the company’s Pune expansion, which also includes Mahindra Happinest Tathawade, named in its October 2025 announcement.
What comes next
The project’s next milestones will be shaped by development following its October 2026 launch and registration of the two identified phases. The reported Phase 1 possession date is December 30, 2031. The proposed Town Planning Scheme and Inner Ring Road are part of the locality’s planned infrastructure context; the Hinjewadi–Shivajinagar Metro Line 3 has been subject to PMRDA work and opening updates.
