Mahindra Lifespace Developers has launched Mahindra Rivenza, a residential project in Mahalunge, Pune, with the launch dated October 1, 2026. The site lies in the Baner Annex part of Mahalunge and is reached via Nande-Balewadi Road. The developer describes Baner Annex as an emerging residential micro-market with access to employment hubs in Hinjawadi and Baner.
Scale and phasing
The overall master plan covers a 14-acre site and will comprise 12 towers of ground plus 30 floors. The current launch is Phase 1, which covers the first six of these towers. The reported list also includes a swimming pool with a sunken bar, giant swings, stargazing hammocks, a squash court, a pickleball court and a glass-roofed library.

According to the company, Baner Annex offers access to the Hinjawadi and Baner IT hubs, to global capability centres and to established social infrastructure. The company also points to ongoing and proposed infrastructure works that are expected to improve access to the area over time.

Launch reports note that the project holds IGBC Gold pre-certification from the Indian Green Building Council and is planned as a Net Zero Waste development.

The project is registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority under two numbers, PR1261012602102 and PM1261012602103. Interested buyers are asked to submit expression of interest cheques of 1,00,000 in favour of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited.
