Mahindra Lifespaces has announced a new upcoming project at its Mahindra SEZ Jaipur, located on Ajmer Road in Jaipur. The project spreads across 3,000 acres and offers commercial plots in sizes from 1,350 sq. ft. up to 7,200 sq. ft.

MWC Jaipur's IT SEZ is spread across approximately 750 acres and is the largest planned IT SEZ in the country. The overall city consists of a Multi-Sector Special Economic Zone (SEZ) spread across 1,500 acres and a Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) spread across 1,000 acres.
MWC Jaipur has generated cumulative exports worth approximately Rs 7,097 crore to date. The SEZ is rated in the leader's category among the top 5 SEZs in India under the Industrial Park Rating System (IPRS) by DPIIT.
Sustainability and Recognition
In recognition of its commitment to achieve net-negative carbon emissions, the project became the first development in Asia to receive Stage 2 certification from the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group. Sustainable urban practices at MWC Jaipur include energy-efficient green buildings, LED street lighting, solar PV rooftops, LED retrofitting, e-rickshaws, and sewage treatment plants (STP).
