Strategic Partnership on Execution and Sustainability
Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tata Projects Limited, one of India's sustainable technology led engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies. The partnership aims to enhance construction efficiency and scalability starting with Mahindra Vista Project in Kandivali, Mumbai.
Under this MoU, Tata Projects will serve as a strategic construction partner to deliver execution for Mahindra Lifespaces' project development.
Technology and Sustainability Focus
The partnership will focus on leveraging advanced construction technologies, sustainable material usage, and digitally enabled project management systems to ensure timely delivery, consistent quality, and reduced carbon footprint.
This alignment reflects both organizations' commitment to environmental responsibility. Mahindra Lifespaces is committed to building only Net Zero homes from 2030 onwards, and has already launched India's first three Net Zero residential developments: one Net Zero Energy and two Net Zero Energy+ Waste. Mahindra Vista: The Partnership's First Project
Mahindra Vista Phase 2 in Kandivali East, Mumbai is India's first Net Zero Waste + Energy residential project offering luxury 2, 3 & 4 BHK flats.
