Mahindra Lifespace Developers has acquired 8.79 acres of premium land in Navarathna Agrahara Village, North Bengaluru, with the acquisition announced on June 30, 2025. The project is expected to launch formally in late 2026 or early 2027, with RERA filing to follow within 3–6 months. Possession is expected by 2029.
