Phase 1 of Origins, Chennai spans around 300 acres and is ready for business with all approvals in place. The facility has attracted notable companies including Yammer Engine Manufacturing India, Nissei Electric India, USUI Susira International, Mitsubishi Electric, OMRON Healthcare, Track Designs India, INTJR Precision Technology, Autogrip Machinery India, Masano Seiki, and Ashirvad Pipes.
Regulatory Standing and Sustainability
Origins by Mahindra in Chennai is the first industrial cluster in Tamil Nadu to be awarded the prestigious IGBC Green Cities' 'Platinum' rating. It operates as a Multi-Sector Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) with IGBC Platinum pre-certification.

Infrastructure includes internal roads, utilities, security, warehousing, logistics support, food courts, banking facilities, and business services.
